remember this post?!  someone must have been paying attention.  for a couple years, i’ve had my eye on the Valentino Rockstud Collection.  it is simply AMAZING! these heels are a classic treasure. a pair to have for years.  despite the “look” of the studs and straps, these heels are very comfortable.  since both pointy toes and a “kitten” height of heels are back this spring, these were the perfect addition to my closet.  definitely, a dream come true!

black and gold combinations are a major trend this fall and winter.  with metallic fabrics and sequins overtaking stores, this look is an easy find.  here’s a less traditional way of interpreting the black and gold trend.  looking ahead at spring trends, intricate stenciling is on the radar.  like this skirt, see-through fabric overlay with a “cut out” effect will be in full swing this spring.  i like this winter version of the spring trend.  the sequins add some luster and the skirt adds some shape.  as for the t-shirt, it’s just plain and comfortable.
