these are the perfect days to be outside for a little sightseeing. it furthers my appreciation for nature’s vastness and puts into perspective just how much there is to see of the world. plus, the weather has been perfect; a little chilly, but sunny enough to forgo a true coat. in this setting, i blend in quite well, except for the touch of red. this is my favorite sweater for the fall season. i adore the little french hen on the front (for the record, this is as close as i will ever get to one)! this sweater is so close to my heart. i can’t wait to wear it all season. happy monday!
i love dots! they are so reminiscent of childhood. both whimsy and youthful, they are a sure bet this season to quickly update your wardrobe. combined with a funky tweed skirt and playful plaid flats, the dotted shirt is a perfect play on spots.

it’s that perfect time of year; a touch of summer attire can be mixed with cozy fall staples. i love wearing shorts with boots in the fall (in a casual, classy way). while the mornings are chilly, it warms up just enough to expose a little skin. with tying, over-the-knee boots, sweater and scarf, i’m all wrapped up.
